prada vs. prata

was examining the existing labels used to classify L&D activities (namely: formal learning, social learning, and self-directed learning) which have roots from the (out)dated 70-20-10 model.

and cooked this analogy as i was trying to explain the importance of the exercise:

“Wear Prada, not Prata.” (Tan, 2026)

very often, pple thought they are wearing Prada, because they do not have the eyes to discern (or simply bochap could be another possibility). but to those who know, they see right through the pratas, and perhaps cant help a shake of the head or two.
