		<description>一套教材要适用于全部学生是不大可能的，因此我们需要推动校本课程。谁来设计校本课程，以在前线的教师最为合适，因为他们最能拿捏学生的程度与需要。目前，笔者认为”问题“就在这一环节上：华文教师大部分没有受过课程设计的训练，也不能具体地诊断学生的学习弱点和需要（大部分不是以考试要求来决定要进行或阅读理解或综合填空的校本 &quot;操练&quot;，就是进入所谓的“任务型”学习）。以后者而言，笔者认为，常常是“过早”进入，没有进过详细的部署（或者是微观分解学生的学习需要和任务属性），然后“贸贸然”加入资讯科技元素，后来可能是任务成功完成，可是学生的语文程度没有明显提升。很多教师就把“罪”归入资讯科技 - 花时间，费精力，热热闹闹，然后继续无效/低效。
六年的语文学习，能否达“听说大纯熟”，可以对我们的中一学生的听说程度进行调查，不过刚看过新的中一课本，看来很注重听说的交际训练，这样的做法似乎对六年的语文学习信心不太大。其实，听说的训练对第二语学生而言，在新加坡，是最具挑战的部分。要进行基本的语言交际，是需要很多技能训练的，想想看，如果要你现在到法国的一个跳蚤市场，用法语跟小贩交流，买一束花回来，这样的任务简单吗？必须申明，我用地方来区别外语和二语，在新加坡，华语虽不是外语，但是接近。
另外，在学习华语（第二语），低层级的incentives若不管用，可否有高层级的。那又是什么？最近看了daniel pink 的 drive, 有些想法，也介绍你读。
